Extended Delays

We don’t accept returns unless the product is defective. Immediately contact us using midivisualizer.com and inform us the defects or issues. We will try our best to rectify them for you and if unable we will take back the defective unit and will send you a new unit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. After 30 calendar days from the date, you received the item you will have to bear the return shipping cost sending back to us. If no physical damages, and the product has manufacturing defects we will replace you a brand new one for Free and ship you Free.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
